Ingredients
  • 4ea Harvest Meats Angus Beef Burgers
  • 4ea Whole-Grain Flat Breads
  • 1/3cup feta cheesecrumbled
  • 4oz. extra virgin olive oil
SALSA:
  • 2 red vine tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onionskinned and chopped
  • 3sprigs fresh dillstems removed and chopped
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2oz. extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepperto taste
TZATZIKI SAUCE:
  • 1Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2cloves garlicfinely minced
  • 1/2tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4tsp. ground white pepper
  • 1cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1cup sour cream
  • 2 cucumberspeel, remove seeds, and dice
  • 1sprig fresh dillstem removed and chopped
Instructions
PREPARE BURGERS:
  1. Place frozen burgers on hot, oiled grill. Grill burgers for 5 to 6 minutes each side, until cooked through.
  2. About 2 minutes before beef burgers are done, brush on extra virgin olive oil to both sides to keep in moisture and reduce drying.
TO MAKE THE SALSA:
  1. Remove seeds from tomatoes and discard. Chop remaining tomatoes into pieces (about 1/4″ each). In a medium mixing bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, chopped red onions, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, 2 oz. extra virgin olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Toss together and set aside.
TZATZIKI SAUCE:
  1. A store-bought tzatziki sauce of your preference will work for this recipe. Of course, fresh-made tzatziki will taste better. If not pressed for time, then combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
ASSEMBLE:
  1. Spread tzatziki sauce onto bottom portions of flatbreads. Add cooked burgers. Spoon salsa on top of burgers, add crumbled feta cheese, and top with flatbread.
  2. Enjoy!
