Deluxe Ham

Our Deluxe Ham is perfect for any occasion! It is made from select cuts of the pork leg which are slow-cured with a unique blend of seasonings. The ham portions are then cooked and naturally smoked over real hardwood maple chips. It is a fully cooked ham, but we recommend it always be served hot as this will enhance the flavour. These hams are available in bone-in or boneless portions. Heating instructions are included on the back of the label.

This product is fully cooked. Serve chilled or heated. Suggested heating preparation instructions are included on the back of the label: 1) For bone-in portions: Preheat oven to 350°F (170°C). Remove ham from plastic wrapper and remove plastic bone-guard. Place in large roasting pan and add approx. 1″ (25mm) of cold water to the bottom of pan. Heat 40-55 minutes per kg, or until meat thermometer reads 160°F (71°C). 2) For boneless portions: Preheat oven to 350°F (170°C). Remove ham from plastic wrapper. Place in large roasting pan and add approx. 1″ (25mm) of cold water to the bottom of pan. Heat 40-55 minutes per kg, or until meat thermometer reads 160°F (71°C).
