Our traditional Double Smoked Farmer’s Sausage is made with only top quality pork and mild seasonings; it does not contain mechanically deboned meats, soya, binders, fillers, etc. It is cooked and naturally smoked using real hardwood chips, not artificial sprays or dips. This sausage is fully cooked, but we recommend that it always be served heated as this will enhance the flavour.

This product is fully cooked but we recommend that it always be served hot as this really enhances the flavour (note the heat before serving statement on the label). We also recommend heating this product before portioning; since there are no binders you will lose the natural juices and flavour of the meat if it is cut up prior to heating. Steam this product by simmering or roasting in a small amount of water until completely heated, or mist with water if heating on barbecue or grill to prevent casing from bursting. High heat may cause the natural casing to become tough.
