Maple Birch Ham

Our Maple Birch Ham is made using high quality ham portions. It is cured using the finest cures and spices including a unique blend of maple flavours, then smoked using the old fashion technique with real hardwood maple chips, not artificial sprays or dips. It is a fully cooked product but we recommend it always be served hot as this will enhance the flavour.

Ham, Water, Sugars (sugar, dextrose, invert sugar), Salt, Sodium phosphate, Seaweed flour, Sodium erythorbate, Natural and artificial flavours, Sodium nitrite, Smoke flavour, Smoke.
This product is fully cooked. Serve chilled or heated. Suggested heating preparation instructions are included on the back of the label: 1) For bone-in portions: Preheat oven to 350°F (170°C). Remove ham from plastic wrapper and remove plastic bone-guard. Place in large roasting pan and add approx. 1″ (25mm) of cold water to the bottom of pan. Heat 40-55 minutes per kg, or until meat thermometer reads 160°F (71°C). 2) For boneless portions: Preheat oven to 350°F (170°C). Remove ham from plastic wrapper. Place in large roasting pan and add approx. 1″ (25mm) of cold water to the bottom of pan. Heat 40-55 minutes per kg, or until meat thermometer reads 160°F (71°C).
