Premium Boneless Ham

Our Premium Ham is available in a convenient boneless format. It is made with high quality pork leg cuts and slow-cured using the finest cures and spices. Our hams are naturally smoked using real hardwood chips, not artificial sprays or dips. It is a fully cooked product, but we recommend it always be served hot as this will enhance the flavour.

Ham, Water, Salt, Sugars (sugar), Sodium phosphate, Seaweed flour, Sodium erythorbate, Sodium nitrite, Spices, Artificial flavour, Smoke.
This product is fully cooked. Heat before serving is recommended. Cooking instructions are included on the reverse side of the label: Preheat oven to 350’F (170’C). Remove ham from plastic wrapper. Place in large roasting pan and add approx. 1″ (25mm) of cold water to the bottom of pan. Heat 40-55 minutes per kilogram, or until meat thermometer reads 160’F (71’C).
