Shipping Policy

Order Processing 

We work hard to get your order out as soon as possible! Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.  

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, things might take a little longer — but don’t worry, if there’s going to be a significant delay, we’ll reach out by email or phone to keep you in the loop. 

Shipping & Delivery 

All orders ship with Canada Post with a flat rate of $15. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order ships. Canada Post is unable to ship to PO boxes and we currently only ship within Canada. 

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $70 CAD or more (before tax and discounts). 

Most packages arrive within seven business days, depending on where you live.  Please keep in mind that occasional delivery delays can happen — especially during busy seasons, carrier disruptions, or due to weather. 

Cancellations can be made prior to shipping. Please email store@harvestmeats.ca if you need to cancel your order or if you have questions about your order. While we can’t accept returns of food items, please contact us if the products you ordered did not meet your expectations.

Important for Food Safety:
 
You are purchasing perishable meat products. To maintain quality and food safety:
  • Pick up your package from Canada Post as soon as possible after delivery.
  • Store the product at the room temperature immediately upon receipt.


Local Pickup

Customers who select the Local Pickup option will first receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup.
Pickup details:
  • Location: 501 York Road West, Yorkton, SK.
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of receiving your notification.
  • Please bring your order number when picking up your order.
