Use of Site and Site Material

You may copy material in limited quantities from the Site for your personal non-commercial use provided our copyrights notice is affixed to the copied material. Submissions and Feedback
Any ideas, suggestions, feedback or other content you submit to Harvest Meats (other than recipes submitted through designated features) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be used by Harvest Meats without restriction and without compensation, subject to applicable law.
Recipe Submissions
By submitting a recipe, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
You grant Harvest Meats a perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid up, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display your recipe in any format, including on the Site and related platforms. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights in the submitted recipe.
Harvest Meats may publish your recipe anonymously, remove identifying information, or edit it for clarity, style, or length. We are not obligated to publish any submission and may remove or decline to use any recipe at our discretion.
Submissions are voluntary and unpaid, and you will not receive compensation for any use of your recipe.
Please do not submit confidential, illegal, or infringing content.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable laws of Canada, and you attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of such province.
