Step back in time with this old-style favourite! Our Headcheese is made with large tender cubes of pork which are combined with a flavour-packed broth seasoned with spices and garlic. After the cooking and cooling process, the Headcheese firms up into a savoury jellied pork roll.

Pork, Water, Gelatin, Salt, Sugars (sugar, dextrose, maltodextrin), Sodium phosphate, Garlic powder, Spices, Sodium erythorbate, Onion powder, Sodium nitrite.

Preparation

This product is fully cooked. Remove casing, slice and serve.
