Our Bacon Slabs are made using selected hand-trimmed pork bellies. They are cured using a specially blended cure unit then naturally smoked using real hardwood chips. Slice to your own preferred thickness and pan fry or bake until desired crispness is reached. Typically bacon is a breakfast food but it has quickly become a treat at any meal!
