Ingredients

Ham, Water, Salt, Sugars (sugar), Sodium phosphate, Seaweed flour, Sodium erythorbate, Sodium nitrite, Spices, Artificial flavour, Smoke.

Preparation

This product is fully cooked. Serve chilled or heated. Suggested heating preparation instructions are included on the back of the label: 1) For bone-in portions: Preheat oven to 350°F (170°C). Remove ham from plastic wrapper and remove plastic bone-guard. Place in large roasting pan and add approx. 1″ (25mm) of cold water to the bottom of pan. Heat 40-55 minutes per kg, or until meat thermometer reads 160°F (71°C). 2) For boneless portions: Preheat oven to 350°F (170°C). Remove ham from plastic wrapper.
