Our favourite Double Smoked Farmer’s Sausage is available as a shelf-stable snack product. This item has all the normal characteristics of our other familiar Harvest products, using high quality pork perfectly mixed with a special blend of spices. What sets this apart from other Harvest products is the fact that it is shelf stable; you do not need to refrigerate this product. Our Sausage Sticks are produced using state-of-the-art processing equipment, unique to shelf-stable products. This product is cooked and naturally smoked with real hardwood chips to give it a rich smoke flavour. A great tasting and convenient protein snack!
