Pure Pork Sausage

Defrost and use in your favourite sausage meat recipes such as stuffing and casseroles, or cook and serve as patties. To prepare for patties, slice into 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick portions. Remove any wrapper from edges of patties. Place in non-stick fry pan and cook over low heat for 17 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 74’C (165’F). Broiling and microwave cooking are not acceptable methods of cooking. (Cooking instructions and serving suggestions are printed on product label.)
