Sausage Gravy and Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 package Harvest Meats Pure Pork Sausage 375g
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 to 3 cups milk depending on how thick you like your gravy
- 2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. chili flakes optional
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion for topping optional
- biscuits warmed
Instructions
- Make biscuits using your favourite recipe.
- Brown one package of Harvest Pure Pork Sausage in a skillet until no longer pink. Do not drain.
- Once browned, slowly sprinkle in flour and stir.
- Cook for another minute or two.
- Slowly add the milk and stir as it thickens.
- Keep adding milk, stirring frequently until the gravy is thick and luscious. If it thickens too soon, add a little more milk.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Spoon over warm biscuits and sprinkle with green onion.
