As with all our bacon products, our original Applewood Bacon is made using selected hand-trimmed pork bellies cured using special flavourings to give it a unique apple flavour. Once cured, the meat is naturally smoked using real hardwood chips, not artificial sprays or dips. Typically bacon is a breakfast food but it has quickly become a treat at any meal.
Pork, Water, Salt, Sugars (brown sugar, sugar, dextrose), Sodium ascorbate, Sodium nitrite, Applewood flavour, Spices, Ascorbic acid, Natural and artificial flavours, Caramel colour, Citric acid, Spice extracts, Smoke.
Pan-fry or bake in oven until desired crispness is reached.
