The rich and creamy sausage gravy slathered over hot fluffy biscuits is pure heaven!

Ingredients
  • 1 package Harvest Meats Pure Pork Sausage 375g
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 to 3 cups milk depending on how thick you like your gravy
  • 2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. chili flakes optional
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion for topping optional
  • biscuits warmed

  • 1 package Harvest Meats Pure Pork Sausage 375g
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 to 3 cups milk depending on how thick you like your gravy
  • 2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. chili flakes optional
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion for topping optional
  • biscuits warmed
Instructions
  1. Make biscuits using your favourite recipe.
  2. Brown one package of Harvest Pure Pork Sausage in a skillet until no longer pink. Do not drain.
  3. Once browned, slowly sprinkle in flour and stir.
  4. Cook for another minute or two.
  5. Slowly add the milk and stir as it thickens.
  6. Keep adding milk, stirring frequently until the gravy is thick and luscious. If it thickens too soon, add a little more milk.
  7. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  8. Spoon over warm biscuits and sprinkle with green onion.
