A unique flavour makes these authentic European-style wieners a great change from our regular wieners. They are made using only top quality pork along with a custom blend of seasonings which is stuffed into a natural sheep casing to give it that special look and bite. The natural casing gives you that "snap" when you bite into it. The wieners are cooked and naturally smoked using real hardwood chips, not artificial sprays or dips.

This product is fully cooked and requires heating only. For best results, we recommend a hot water bath; bring a pan of water to boiling point, add wieners, cover, remove from heat, and allow to sit for 10 to 15 minutes. The gentle heat of a hot water bath is ideal for keeping the wieners firm and juicy and helps to prevent the natural casing from bursting.
