Product Description

Seasoned lightly with garlic, the taste of pork and beef come together for a traditional ethnic taste of this old world sausage. As with all our other products, our Polish Sausages are made using only quality pork and beef; no by-products and no soya or plant extenders are used. As well, they contain no added monosodium glutamate. The sausages are stuffed into a cellulose casing which we have left on to help improve shelf life and maintain freshness. These casings are a plant-based material which is completely biodegradable and suitable for composting. Our Polish Sausages are fully cooked and naturally smoked using real hardwood chips, not artificial chemical sprays or dips. Try this in a hot dog bun, you won't be disappointed!

Pork, Beef, Water, Modified milk ingredients, Salt, Spices, Sodium phosphate, Sugars (sugar), Garlic powder, Sodium erythorbate, Sodium nitrite, Smoke. Contains: Milk.


Preparation

This product is fully cooked and requires heating only. Each sausage is individually wrapped for freshness – remove outer casing before heating. Barbecue, roast, microwave, steam, or boil.
